“When my bebe Matt came into this world I was so in awe of this little human my body grew and birthed. But amongst the joy, my postpartum journey was really challenging. A traumatic family event during early pregnancy that followed me into postpartum, relentless sleep deprivation & social isolation courtesy of a global pandemic meant my mental health suffered.

Allergies and skin issues for my little one were not even on my radar until I was quite literally in the thick of it.

Matt was a very unsettled baby for most of his first year of life due to a Cow’s Milk Protein Intolerance (CMPI). Desperate to continue breastfeeding, an elimination diet added more stress and confusion to an already turbulent transition into motherhood. ​​​While researching about CMPI I learnt that avoiding food products on babies skin was recommended.

Matt had dry sensitive skin and I searched for hours for a moisturiser that was simple, natural, and free from food products (in a modern aesthetic). As a Speech Pathologist I knew how to read clinical journals and research the evidence base. Despite this, after hours of sifting through products and lengthy ingredient lists, I was so overwhelmed and confused navigating the baby skincare world. It shouldn't be this complicated - that's when My Bebe The Label was born.

Years of research, product testing and another baby later, I am so proud to offer you an alternative for gentle, effective natural baby skincare that embodies everything I value.

To reduce perinatal trauma & improve the mental health of mothers we strongly believe society needs to acknowledge, value, support & celebrate the mother. While perinatal care is starting to make some noise in this space, we still have a long way to go.

Through our curated range of indulgent cold pressed oil blends we encourage you to prioritise a moment to yourself and indulge in daily self-care rituals with your little one. We want women to discover more self-love during their motherhood journey without sacrificing luxury.

We want to leave our planet better than we found it. We partner with Australian suppliers to reduce our carbon footprint, and use eco-friendly materials where possible. Whilst testing a finished product on animals is illegal in Australia, we go one step further and guarantee the individual ingredients have never been tested on animals either. Our final products are only tested on willing mums & babies

We choose premium quality natural plant botanicals & pure cold pressed oils in our formulations. Each oil is locally sourced in Australia wherever possible & is of the highest quality. If unavailable locally, we source overseas certified organic ingredients. Using cold pressed oils (instead of refined oils), ensures the nutritional value is kept intact. The premium cold pressed extraction process results in an oil that offers incredibly nourishing skin benefits
