All completed orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days (may be longer in peak seasons).

We ship to New Zealand only at this stage.

Any import taxes or other costs associated to ship to NZ from AUS are at customer's expense in addition to shipping & handling fee above.  

 

Due to postage delays within Australia there may be processing or delivery delays. We will do our best to ensure your order gets to you as quickly and safely as possible, however we will not be held liable for late deliveries due to courier delays.

All regular and express parcels are sent as Authority to Leave parcels so that no signature is required.

We will not be held liable for loss or damages due to unattended packages being left at your delivery address - please use an address that will be attended to during business hours to ensure your delivery arrives safely.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer local delivery to these postcodes: 3216, 3217, 3219, 3220, 3221, 3226, 3227, 3228, 3230

The local delivery option can be selected during the checkout process if your postcode falls within an eligible area.

You will receive a text with estimated ETA (usually ~5 business days however may vary). We reserve the right to cease local delivery offer at any time.

Doorstep delivery to physical addresses only (no PO Boxes). Your package will arrive in our signature packaging secured in a box. Please contact us after ordering if you would prefer minimal packaging.

 

LOST/DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSIT

My Bebe The Label will not be liable for missing or damaged items whilst in transit with a shipping courier. It’s the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided. If a parcel is deemed  "lost" please contact the shipping provider. We would like to assist you in recovering an item to the best of our ability so please contact us at hello@mybebethelabel.com.au with the details and we will do our best to help.

 

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind reasons.

All our products are natural and made in small batches, therefore some variances in colour, scent and texture may occur between batches which is a normal product variation. If you believe there is an issue with your product please contact us at hello@mybebethelabel.com.au. We will be in touch right away to resolve your query.

 

CHANGE OF MIND

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. Please read our product information and ingredient lists carefully.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is incorrect, faulty or damaged, please email us at hello@mybebethelabel.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order delivery. Please quote your online order number, request for replacement or refund, and provide details and photos. You will receive instructions on how to return your item. Note – any damage of product caused in transit with the shipping provider will not be the responsibility of My Bebe The Label.

The items must be returned to our warehouse unused to receive a refund or replacement. We can only process the return once the goods have been received by us. Please include all original packaging and make sure the parcel is securely packed. Send the goods back to us using an Australia Post Satchel with Signature on Delivery. Any shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when the product is deemed incorrect, faulty or damaged. My Bebe The Label will not be held responsible for items lost in the post on their return journey.

If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 2 business days.

If declined due to the goods not being deemed faulty we will treat the returned goods as "original condition" and we will either send back the order (shipping at customers cost) or dispose of goods (as advised by the customer).

This policy is only applicable to purchases made online. We are unable to process returns for purchases made with a retail stockist. If you have purchased an item from a stockist, please refer to their store policies and contact them directly.
